I’ve been married to my wife Margerie since 2001.
I believe marriage is a sacred union between a man and woman. It is an institution with its roots reaching thousands of years into Churches around the globe. Federal and state governments that pride themselves on the separation of Church and state should not be involved in the institution of marriage. I’m against the use of “marriage” as it has been forced on the People of Massachusetts. I’m not the judge nor am I the jury of how people should live their lives. That is left up to another Judge. Government’s sole purpose is to ensure and protect our unalienable Rights, to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Although I’m against “gay marriage” I would not deny anyone the “Rights” to aspire to a “Life” of as many opportunities as they can dream, to “Liberty” to choose who they love without persecution, and the “Happiness” to know you are equally protected and served by the law. I believe the Massachusetts legislators violated the peoples right to vote on gay marriage..
I am Pro-Life. I believe life begins in the womb and it is an unalienable Right.
