Election Law Compliance

By donating, you agree to abide by the following:

1. The funds you are donating are not being provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
2. You are at least 18 years old, or the funds you are donating are your own personal funds. You are donating these funds knowingly and voluntarily.
3. Recognized Political Action Committee (PAC) can contribute up to $5,000.00 an unrecognized Political Action Committee (PAC) can contribute up to $2,400.00.

Notes/Disclaimers

1. Maximum contribution per individual is $2,400.00 per year. Each household member over the age of 18 may contribute up to $2,400.00 per year.
2. Federal campaign finance law requires the name and residential address for all contributors. Individual contributions can not exceed $2,400.00 in a calendar year. No anonymous donations are accepted. Corporate checks are prohibited under Federal campaign finance law. Recognized Political Action Committee (PAC) can contribute up to $5,000.00 an unrecognized Political Action Committee (PAC) can contribute up to $2,400.00.
